We at Handcook are committed to your satisfaction. Here’s our refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience:
Situations Covered:
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered (as confirmed by the invoice), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by writing an email to darsha.salot@handcook.in. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or initiate a full refund upon receiving the wrong item back.
- Damaged Product: If your product arrives damaged in transit, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll either replace it or provide a full refund, depending on stock availability.
- Adulterated or Unauthentic Product: We maintain strict quality control. However, if you can prove (through valid lab test reports) that the product is adulterated or unauthentic, we’ll offer a 100% money-back guarantee.
Return Process:
- Items once ordered cannot be returned unless Wrong Item Received or a Damaged Product is recevied
- To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact us at darshan.salot@handcook.in within the specified timeframe mentioned above.
- You’ll need to provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant pictures.
- Once approved, we’ll send you return shipping instructions. Please ensure the returned item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Refund Timeline:
- Once we receive the returned item, we’ll initiate your refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at purchase.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (depending on your bank).
Important Notes:
- We cannot accept returns or replacements for buyer-generated mistakes like wrong item selection or pre-ordered items.
- Images on our website are for representation purposes and may slightly differ in color or size.
- We recommend double-checking your shipping information (address, pin code, phone number) at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to incorrect information.
- We reserve the right to make a final decision on the validity of returns or replacements.
For International Orders:
- You (the customer) are responsible for any customs duties or taxes levied in your country.
- We are not liable for refunds or replacements for items stuck in customs or returned due to customs regulations in your country.
